Start by building your Coweaver Base Layer and Household Context Document. Our Alpha Circle launches June 1st for WIT NWA attendees.
Most people don’t struggle with AI because they aren’t smart enough.
They struggle because their life systems are overloaded.
When your schedule, environment, and responsibilities constantly fight your attention, it’s almost impossible to learn new tools.
Coweaver Studio fixes that first.
We use a structured process inspired by occupational therapy to help you reduce daily friction, regain mental bandwidth, and then learn AI in a way that actually sticks in the layers that you personally need to use it.
The Coweaver Base Layer: This is your AI’s foundational training. It uses Occupational Therapy principles to map your daily rhythms and environment, ensuring your AI Mentor works within your real-world bandwidth.
The Household Context Doc: The primary output of your Base Layer training. It’s a standardized "instruction manual" for your AI that defines how you actually live and work.
We start with small cohorts so everyone gets real support over our 6 week program.
We match people into groups of 8-10 who:
want to learn AI
feel mentally overloaded or stuck
are willing to experiment with their routines
You don’t need technical experience. You just need curiosity and a willingness to change how your personal systems work.
Before we teach AI, we map the system you’re operating inside.
You’ll create a Household Context Document, which captures things like:
schedules
responsibilities
health factors
energy patterns
family dynamics
environmental constraints
Most productivity systems ignore this layer.
We don’t.
Your context document becomes input to an AI analysis based on the Person–Environment–Occupation (PEO) model used in occupational therapy. We adapt it to identify where a user's life is "clogged" by analyzing the mismatch between their self, their space, and their tasks.
This analysis looks for mismatches between:
Person: your health, energy, cognition, and constraints
Environment: your household, workspace, tools, and support systems
Occupation: the work and responsibilities you’re trying to perform
When these three things don’t fit together, life becomes friction. Friction slows down operational and strategic use of AI.
The AI identifies:
system bottlenecks
energy drains
environmental fixes
role conflicts
workflow improvements
It also suggests professionals, tools, or environmental changes that could help.
AI does the heavy analysis.
Humans provide judgment.
An occupational therapist reviews the analysis and confirms:
which recommendations are appropriate
which changes should come first
where professional support might be helpful
This step prevents the system from becoming “AI advice.” Instead, it becomes AI-assisted professional reasoning.
You’ll receive a Household Optimization Plan.
This includes:
priority changes to try
environmental adjustments
schedule redesign ideas
suggested professional support
tools that may help
You don’t have to fix everything immediately. You just start with the changes most likely to free up mental bandwidth quickly.
This is where most systems fail. People get advice and then… nothing changes.
We address the need for ongoing support for change two ways: with an AI Mentor persona and a supportive community of like-minded folks doing the same thing the same way you are.
AI Mentor System - Level 1 Personal
During cohort coworking, we help you translate the Household Optimization Plan into an effective AI Mentor persona to help you maintain AI support for your household with relationship design to support your goals.
You create:
an AI Mentor Persona system with persona refresh and model migration support
personalized prompt library
interaction pattern library
Cohort Coworking Sessions
Our cohorts run AI coworking sessions where you:
implement changes together
troubleshoot obstacles
adjust your system as needed
get support from peers and mentors
The goal is not perfection. The goal is reducing friction enough to regain cognitive capacity.
We use fitness wearables and habit tracker integration across your household to help your family see and adjust behavior for maximum personal benefit as a team.
Variations in sleep, movement, hydration, nutrition, and mood help you get insight into which changes are being implemented effectively and which ones need additional support from professionals in our network or yours to stick.
The Shuttle
Using AI at work? Setup coordination between your household AI and your work AI to track productivity and cognitive performance to optimize for work life balance.
Once your daily system becomes less chaotic, something important happens:
Your brain has room again.
This is when learning accelerates. Only then do we move into deeper AI training.
And we help you stay there!
Launching September 2026!
We run a recurring 6 week challenge to help you build better habits, improve time management, and boost fitness levels to optimize your cognitive performance with support from our community.
With your mental bandwidth restored, you begin structured AI learning.
You’ll learn how to:
use AI for thinking and research
automate repetitive work
design AI workflows
collaborate effectively with AI assistants
After foundational AI skills, participants choose a focus area such as:
business operations
software development
research
creative production
strategy
The final level is about using AI not just as a tool, but as a collaborator.
Participants learn how to:
design AI-enabled systems
lead AI projects
coordinate human-AI teams
create new forms of work
Our process leans on the Person–Environment–Occupation (PEO) model, a common occupational therapy framework that examines how a person’s abilities, their environment, and the tasks they need to do interact. When those three align, performance improves.
We adapt that clinical logic to knowledge work + AI adoption, laying a solid personal foundation before adding in business and specialized focus areas. Further, we add a social support layer to help people make the changes they need to make at home, school, and work to be the most effective versions of themselves and make operational AI implementation happen, allowing them to stay ahead of and surf the wave as AI transforms the world. That's cognitive capacity recovery + AI capability.
We don’t just build AI and hope it works; we verify it through a multi-layered safety and clinical review process.
Clinical Review: We employ licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to conduct regular, rigorous reviews of anonymized AI outputs. They evaluate our AI Mentor plans for functional accuracy, safety, and alignment with OT best practices before they ever reach a user.
Safety Red-Teaming: Security is not an afterthought. We maintain a dedicated "Red Teamer" on standby—an expert whose sole job is to stress-test our AI systems, find potential points of failure, and ensure our safety guardrails remain unbreakable.
Anonymized Data Integrity: Your privacy is paramount. All data sent for clinical review is fully anonymized, ensuring that we improve the system’s intelligence without ever compromising your personal identity.
